As we are a boutique with a shop front as well as an online store, sometimes crossovers can occur. We will do everything we can to avoid this happening. However in the unlikely hood that it does a full refund will be given to the online customer.  


We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made.  If your goods are faulty you must email us  sales.tleafclothing@outlook.com before returning to be given a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers reponsibility. 


If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 10 days of your sales receipt and a store credit with a 6 month expiry will be issued to you.  The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us sales.tleafclothing@outlook.com to be issued with a RA number and the addtess for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.


Please note that there are no returns on sale items or Layby purchases. If the goods are deemed as faulty then a full refund will be issued.

Your personal details will be kept on a confidential database for T-Leaf Clothing's use only. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, if you would like insurance on your parcels before posting please call our store to organise
